Turkey in the Dream of a Sheikh

Sheikh Rahmi Baba who had worked in the Sheikh ul-Islam’s office during the time of II Abdülhamid (Sezgin, died, 1935 or 1936) invites his sheikh and caliph friends secretly to an Anatolian town around 1930’s. “Kahriye” is going to be read, that is “Ya Kahhar” zikr is going to be mentioned and it is going to be prayed for the vanishment Mustafa Kemal Paşa and his regime. The invitation is accepted and they get together secretly.

A few hours before the morning “Kahriye” was going to be read Sheikh Efendi sees a dream which turns all his intentions upside down.
